At Vuarnet, we strive for complete satisfaction with your luxury eyewear; if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging, ensuring all tags and certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
